These sites are being utilized more and more by unhappy individuals to seek out and have an affair and cheat on their partner. Suspicious spouses have also used the websites to find evidence of flirting and even affairs which may lead to divorce. (~_~)”

The popularity of the Friends Reunited website several years ago was also blamed for a surge in divorces as bored husbands and wives used it to contact old flames and first loves.

Effects on Higher Education

 many people claim that the usage of social networking like facebook, give a big effect on higher education....they even  document the distraction of students using Facebook and other social networks during class and at other venues in the wireless campus. These students bring laptop to class and distract others by chatting and commenting pictures on facebook.
